Trent is certified in Advanced Cultural Intelligence and Unconscious Bias training by the globally recognized Cultural Intelligence Center.  He has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Hampton University in Virginia, a Master of Arts degree from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Chicago and a doctorate in Global Leadership from Alliance Theological Seminary in NYC.

Trent is a graduate of the Arrow Leadership Program, an international organization committed to developing Christian leaders.  Trent is also a licensed and ordained pastor with the Christian and Missionary Alliance and adjunct professor with Crown College.  He has also co-pastored a multicultural church for the past 14 years.
