Sarah Schepens is a certified Cultural Intelligence Trainer (Level 1 &2) and Unconscious Bias trainer from the Cultural Intelligence Center and founder of Unique Bridge Consulting. She has always loved the study of culture and has a MA in Intercultural Studies. She has called 4 out of the 7 continents her home, so has observed many unique cultural expressions. She passionately develops leaders and loves walking with them as they engage in different cultures, passions, and creative expressions. 

Sarah has taught English to adults for over 10 years, has worked with a micro-business empowering women, has trained and spoken to various audiences, has worked with an organization that specializes in generational culture, and now currently works in enrollment and advising in higher education
