Ray is from Southern California and currently residing in Oregon. He holds an MBA and a BA in Sociology with a minor in American Ethnic Studies. He has a passion to join the 3CP movement that increases individuals' and institutions' perspective on CQ.

Ray develops graphics, videos, and visuals that help enhance the 3CP brand and mission. He works closely with the digital marketing and business development team. He is a collaborative, strategic, and creative thinker on the team, who looks to elevate every environment towards excellence.
