Alicia is from Venezuela, with a multicultural background as she comes from an Italian and an Argentinian family. She holds a BA in Chemistry and a Masters Degree in Environmental Sciences.

She supports 3CP business systems and processes. Her experience as Executive Assistant for 7 years and Virtual Assistant for 2 years gave her experience in project development and support. Her positivity and persistence, as well as her scientific background, make Alicia passionate about research.

She Joined 3CP team as it meets her vision about Equity and Inclusion being an essential part of the health and culture of any community.
